HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR A HIGH SCHOOL MAKE UP
1.     Choose a skin care routine that fits your specific type of skin. 
2.     Make sure you even out your skin tone first.
3.     Choose whether to go for blush or not. 
4.     It  is a great idea to prime your eyes first before doing eye shadows.
5.     If you want it to be shimmery, apply a natural-looking eye shadow to your eyelids.
6.     Then line your lower lash line.
7.     Blend an eyeliner into the upper lashes-- liquid, pencil, or gel if you want your eyelashes to  
        look thicker and darker. 
8.     To prep your eyelashes for easy mascara application, curl them lightly.
9.     Use one or two coats of a mascara that blends well with your hair color. 
10.   Apply a fun lip color if you want.
11.   Finish off with a lip balm or a lip gloss.

Michelle Phan is one of the famous YouTube beauty Guru. She did lots of video on make up tutorial. We've also heard of Promise Phan who is Michelle Phan's sister-in-law. Some say she's her sister. In a youtube video, Promise Phan did a tutorial on how to look like Michelle Phan. Promise Phan did the tutorial as a present for Michelle's birthday. The video tutorial was nice and Promise Phan did very good on that video. Afterwards, gossips spread about Michelle Phan envying Promise Phan deep inside. Promise Phan has video tutorials in youtube as well. People had watch most of her videos and it was great. It was said that Promise Phan is more good in video tutorials than Michelle Phan and it was the reason why she envies her. It's just in some videos that Promise did very good. And I think Michelle is even better, if you would watch her videos.
